Koh Samui, Thailand
When the grandparents visited in January we spent a week in Koh Samui, Thailand. What a beautiful island! We took an island tour and visited Wat Plai Laem, which is a Chinese-Thai Buddhist temple, featuring a statue of Guanyin, the "goddess" of compassion and mercy.
We also got to explore some of the beaches around the island and a waterfall in the islands interior. Piper even got to swim around in the pools of the waterfall!
We celebrated Gramma Ruby’s birthday with some fancy drinks and beach time!
And we spent a lot of time with our friends the fish! Piper loves snorkeling, which makes me so very happy, since being underwater is also my happy place. I love being able to share something I love with her and know she loves it too!
